libghc-ghc-syb-utils-dev software package provides Scrap Your Boilerplate utilities for the GHC API, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-ghc-syb-utils-dev
libghc-ghc-syb-utils-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-ghc-syb-utils-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
